 STRESS TEST

The patterns below are used to test the level of stress a person can handle.  The slower the pictures move, the calmer you are and the better your ability of handling stress. The faster the patterns move, the more stressed out you are and the lower your ability to handle stress.  Criminals see them spinning around madly while seniors and kids see them as fairly still.

Check your level of stress.

 SCORING

After you have completed the test, look for repeating themes that appear in what you project into the inkblots.  For example:

a.   If you see flowers, rainbows, hearts, birds, the sun, the sky, these may signify a positive outlook or they may signify denial (looking at life through rose-colored glasses)

b.   If you see sexual imagery such as acts of sex or sexual anatomy, this may indicate you are either a very sexually active person or a sexually repressed person.  Repeated images of a particular sexual act may indicate a fetish.

c.   If you see images of violence, blood, death, or germs, you may have anger or violent tendencies in your personality.  If you   see germs or death you may have fears, phobias or obsessive-compulsive features.

d.   If you see foodfried chicken, steaks, marshmallows, chocolate candyyou may have an eating disorder.

e.   If you see angels, Jesus, God, the Bible, or damnation, you may have a religious personality or harbor guilt feelings.

f.    If you see friendly, cuddly animals, you may be lonely for a friend.

g.   If you see running or galloping animals such as horses, dogs, antelope, or tigers, you may desire freedom.

h.   If you see dangerous animals such as snakes, dragons or lions, you may have unconscious fears.

These are just a few suggestions to get you started.  You may find other repeating themes not mentioned here.  Use them to understand yourself.
